Winding Down

With a short guided meditation, breathwork, and some gentle movements, this 30-minute online class will be your chance to check in with yourself before you wind down for the evening. Before the class, unroll your yoga mat, create a sacred space within which to practice, gather any cushions or blankets you may wish to use, get connected on Zoom, and settle in for our practice together. After the class there will be a few minutes to come together as a community and catch up, much as we would in-person before and after class in the studio.

Unwind - Gentle Flow

Recharge and restore in this gentle flow class. We move slowly - stretching and breathing then taking a deep dive towards a restorative savasana.
